Contact
One person reads everything that comes in, so plain email is the fastest route. Expect a reply within a few days.
Please put a short subject line that says what it is about — "bug", "correction", "advertising", "takedown" — so it gets to the right pile quickly.
What to include
Reporting a bug
The most useful bug report contains four things:
- What page you were on (the full URL helps a lot)
- What you did, and what you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Your device and browser — a surprising number of issues are mobile-only
If a stat looked wrong, include the Riot ID you searched. Most "wrong stat" reports turn out to be a genuine gap in what the API returns, and knowing the account lets me confirm which.
Correcting a guide
Corrections are genuinely welcome and get priority. Tell me which guide, which claim, and what the correct information is. If it is a game-mechanics claim, a link to a patch note or a reproducible in-game test is ideal. Guides are updated in place and the "last updated" date changes when they are.
Feature requests
Say what you are trying to find out, rather than what UI you want. "I want to know whether I do better on attack or defence" is a much more actionable request than "add a bar chart" — it often turns out there is a better way to show it than the one you had in mind.
Advertising and business
Direct advertising, sponsorship and partnership enquiries go to the same address. Please include what you are proposing and the timeframe. Note that FragLy does not accept paid links inside guide content, paid reviews, or sponsored posts presented as editorial — the guides are not for sale.
Takedown and rights holders
FragLy uses game assets and data that belong to Riot Games. If you represent Riot Games or another rights holder and want something removed, email the address above and it will be actioned promptly. Please include the specific URLs.
Privacy requests
To ask what data is held about you or to request deletion, email the address above with "privacy" in the subject. FragLy does not operate user accounts and stores very little — the privacy policy sets out exactly what.
What I cannot help with
- Riot account issues. Bans, recoveries, refunds and login problems all go to Riot Support. FragLy has no connection to Riot and no visibility into your account.
- Reporting cheaters. Use the in-game report function. FragLy cannot action reports.
- Removing a player's public stats. Match data is public through Riot's own API; FragLy only displays it. Riot controls that visibility, not FragLy.
- Boosting or account services. Not offered, not endorsed, and against Riot's terms.
Looking for an answer rather than a reply?
Most questions that arrive by email are already covered in the guides — what the stats mean, how ranked RR and MMR work, and how to find the one thing holding your rank.
